Appreciation Day
Whether you’re an Incline regular, an intermittent Incliner or a first-timer, the Incline Friends Board of Directors wants you to know we appreciate all of you. Your passion, your determination, your camaraderie, the community you’ve helped create and sustain, make you more than worthy of our admiration. Thus we hope you’ll join us Saturday morning, September 24th so we can express our appreciation in person. We’ll be at the base of the Incline from 7-10 a.m. with goodies to share. Charity Pint Night
Please join Incline Friends at Cerberus Brewing as they generously host us for their Charity Pint Night. One dollar ($1) from every beer (regardless of your favorite flavor) will be donated to Incline Friends. IF Board members will be there to answer questions and give away swag. That’s Tuesday, November 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
As always, we encourage everyone to “donate” responsibly.
Get Outdoors Evening – Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop
Join the Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers for a 1-hour Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop at Kinship Landing! Stick around after the workshop to meet park volunteer organizations from across the City and find out how you can get involved as a park steward. Drink specials available throughout out the event.
Leave No Trace OutReach Evening – Manitou Brewing Company
Stop by Manitou Brewing Company to meet the Incline Friends organization and learn about how practicing Leave No Trace can help keep the Manitou Incline, and surrounding trails, safe and sustainable . Don’t miss this chance to participate in stewardship trivia and win some SWAG to take home, and on your next hike!

Crew Leader Training | Rocky Mountain Field Institute
The Pikes Peak Regional Crew Leader Training is an intensive weekend-long training for experienced volunteers who are interested in becoming certified Volunteer Crew Leaders. The training is hosted in partnership by Rocky Mountain Field Institute, Trails and Open Space Coalition, Friends of the Peak, and the City of Colorado Springs, Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department.
