Map & Directions
From I-25 in Colorado Springs, take exit #141 (US 24), go west (towards the mountains) on US 24 for four miles to the Manitou Avenue exit. Go west on Manitou Avenue one and one-half miles to Ruxton Avenue (traffic circle). Turn left and go to the top of Ruxton Avenue, three-quarters of a mile. It is recommended only to use this route for a drop-off. If you would like to park and hike, please look below for parking info.
Where to Park

Dillon Mobility Hub (134 Manitou Avenue) [Standard] 5AM-6PM

• Starting September 28, Mountain Metro Transit shuttle service Route 33 will start servicing the Dillon
Mobility Hub to the Incline!
Hiawatha Gardens (10 Old Mans Trail) [Standard]

• Roughly 10 parking spots are available on the west side of the “Old Chase Bank” located at 484
Manitou Ave. Rates are the same as above.
Where not to park:
- Incline users are not allowed to park in Barr Lot. Barr Lot is only available to users seeking access to the National Forest, via Barr Trail. You will not be granted access to the Incline if you park in Barr Lot.
- Parking along Ruxton Avenue and Winter St. is only for Residential Parking Permits (RPPs), which are issued by Manitou Springs. Parking on Ruxton Avenue and Winter St. without a Residential Parking Permit will result in a parking ticket.
